Job Description:
Registered Behavior Technicians - 2 positions available.
1 - for assignment at Torrington Intermediate School (grades 4-6)
1 - for assignment at Torrington Middle School (grades 7-8)
Job Summary: The Behavior Technician implements positive programming to increase students behavioral and academic skills.
Qualifications:
Certifications: Registered Behavior Technician Credential must be obtained within 100 days of employment.
Terms of Employment: 10 months, 186 work days. Starting pay in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement is $21.00 per hour with comprehensive medical benefit package and tuition reimbursement. (for individuals with current Registered Behavior Technician Credential starting pay = $25.00 per hour)
