Educational Paraprofessional Special Education Paraeducator (Job Coach)

Job Description:

Responsibilities include providing job coach support for students at work sites in the community and at The Morgan School as well as classroom-based support in the Learning Strategies program.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and one of the following:

• Associates degree; or

• Minimum of 60 college credits; or

• Passing score on the ParaPathways Assessment

• Successful experience working with children preferred, but training will be provided

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 19, 2026
• 10-month, school-year position
• 7:30 AM - 2:15 PM with a paid lunch (6.75 paid hours per day)
• Hourly wage in accordance with the Paraeducators collective bargaining agreement
• $1,500 stipend for job coach duties per the collective bargaining agreement
• Sick and Personal time
• Eligible for enrollment in non-certified pension plan
• Qualifies for health/dental benefits
