As an Educational Support Counselor, you'll:
âï¸ Support students through academic, vocational, and life skill development opportunities
âï¸ Assist with individualized education programs (IEPs) and student support plans
âï¸ Guide students in developing job skills, professional behaviors, and community readiness
âï¸ Provide one-on-one and small group support in educational and vocational settings
âï¸ Implement positive behavior strategies while creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment
