HJF is seeking an Educator I (Faculty Member) to support with teaching, research, service, and leadership roles expected for their rank. The incumbent will teach courses, serve as an academic and/or culminating project advisor, mentor Health Professions Education (HPE) learner research projects for Masters and PhD in HPE, pursue their own program of research as well as take on service roles within the Department. The incumbent will also be expected to prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, develop a national reputation (e.g. develop presentations for scholarly conferences from the research data generated from the projects(s)) and take on leadership roles within the Department of HPE, School of Medicine, and USU consistent with academic rank.
This position will be in support of the School of Medicine's Department Health Professions Education (SOM-HPE) located in Bethesda, MD.
