Job Description

Responsible for software and subject matter training, documentation, and support to the end-user who utilizes the Epic patient accounting information system. Deploys revenue cycle training and coaching initiatives in accordance with new processes, Epic and other software upgrades and end-user needs. Assists in development reinforcement training tools designed to provide supplemental knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide new hire training and ongoing refresher or change-related training in both group and one-on-one settings.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods, including discussions, demonstrations, simulations, and presentations.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide support to end users.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of training programs, materials, and resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, job aids, and reference materials.
  • Participate in training sessions, application rollouts, and user support activities.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and help develop solutions to address learning gaps.
  • Assist with project assignments, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
  • Coordinate training logistics, prioritize assignments, and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Communicate and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
  • Attend operational meetings and provide additional support to management as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the educational and training needs of customers.


Qualifications

Required: High School diploma or GED; Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree. | 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.
