Job Description

Responsible for software and subject matter training, documentation, and support to the end-user who utilizes the Epic patient accounting information system. Deploys revenue cycle training and coaching initiatives in accordance with new processes, Epic and other software upgrades and end-user needs. Assists in development reinforcement training tools designed to provide supplemental knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

Provide new hire training and ongoing refresher or change-related training in both group and one-on-one settings.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including discussions, demonstrations, simulations, and presentations.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide support to end users.
Assist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of training programs, materials, and resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, job aids, and reference materials.
Participate in training sessions, application rollouts, and user support activities.
Conduct training needs assessments and help develop solutions to address learning gaps.
Assist with project assignments, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
Coordinate training logistics, prioritize assignments, and ensure project deadlines are met.
Communicate and escalate issues when necessary.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
Attend operational meetings and provide additional support to management as needed.
Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the educational and training needs of customers.

Qualifications

Required: High School diploma or GED; Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree. | 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.
