The Electrical Engineer \u2013 Validation is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting the validation of imported AGCO machinery with emphasis on electrical components and systems. This role ensures that all electrical systems meet AGCO's performance, safety, and regulatory standards before integration into production platforms.

Your Impact

  • Lead validation for electrical systems (harnesses, ECUs, sensors, control systems) on imported products, developing and executing EVT, DVT, and PVT test plans.
  • Perform functional, environmental, and compliance testing utilizing tools such as CANalyzer, dSPACE, and HIL systems.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve design and performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO, CE, FCC, SAE, etc.).
  • Document test results, create validation reports, and support root cause analysis and continuous improvement of validation processes and test automation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical validation is required, with a preference for backgrounds in agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment sectors. This experience should include familiarity with EMC, thermal, and vibration testing standards.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, CAN protocols, and electrical schematics is essential. Hands-on experience with validation tools such as CANalyzer, LabVIEW, and MATLAB/Simulink is also expected.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and proven project management capabilities are key attributes.
  • Ideal candidates will have direct experience in industries like agriculture, automotive, or heavy equipment, specifically relating to electrical validation and adherence to industry-specific testing standards.

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $75K - $85K,\u202fbased on experience.\u202fThis position is eligible for a bonus based on\u202f7% of compensation.
