Tiny Tides Childcare is a nurse-founded, family-owned early learning center in Middleboro, MA, and we are growing! We are looking for a Float Teacher / Assistant Teacher to support across all classrooms as needed.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with different age groups throughout the day.

What You’ll Do
•\tSupport infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed
•\tHelp maintain ratios and assist with daily routines
•\tStep in for breaks, transitions, and classroom support
•\tCreate a safe, calm, and engaging environment for children

•\tPassion for working with young children
•\tFlexible, dependable, and team-oriented
•\tPositive attitude and strong communication
•\tEEC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
