Responsibilities:

• Learn and follow KinderCare specific lesson plans that meet the developmental needs of children.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and needs.
• Adhere to all state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid EEC Teacher certification.
• Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive learning environment for young children.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Background check clearance required.
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
