What Youll Do
- Perform EEG testing, including routine, epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, and ictal SPECT procedures
- Assist with EEG electrode placement using collodion/glue skin hooks
- Ensure quality data collection and adherence to protocols in neurodiagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care settings
- Float between different hospital units as needed, including trauma and critical care
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout testing
- Document test results accurately within electronic health records systems (Cerner)
What You Need
- Valid ABRET certification, BLS certification, and R.EEG T certification (all required)
- Minimum 2 years of neurodiagnostic experience; new grads accepted if all other requirements met
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, and float between units
- Strong understanding of neuro diagnostic procedures and patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
