What Youll Do
- Operate EEG and evoked potential equipment to record brain activity
- Perform routine and specialized procedures, including awake, sleep, portable, and ECS studies
- Conduct long-term monitoring (LTM/CCTV) with extended electrode placement
- Maintain high-quality standards in complex environments such as OR, ICU, or research settings
- Collaborate with neurologists and epilepsy specialists for accurate diagnosis
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and other regulatory standards
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and administrative documentation
What You Need
Required:
- BLS certification
- Experience with routine and complex EEG procedures
- Certification from ABRET or AAET
- Experience with long-term EEG monitoring and video-EEG
- Ability to work independently in demanding environments
