OneSource Staffing is hiring for multiple positions with a leading poultry operation. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Available Positions: These are Full-Time positions, involving the Production, Packing & Cleaning in an Egg Production facility.

Egg Packing Specialist - 2nd Shift @ $18 per hour

• Pack eggs into cartons, flats, and boxes.
• Inspect eggs for quality and remove damaged products.
• Label and date-stamp products accurately.
• Operate automated equipment and maintain a clean, food-safe workspace.

Layer House Specialist - 1st Shift @ $18 per hour

• Monitor feed, water, ventilation, and lighting systems.
• Observe bird health and report concerns.
• Operate manure-removal equipment.
• Maintain clean poultry houses and accurate daily records.
• Follow animal welfare, safety, and biosecurity standards.

Dock & Operations Support - 1st Shift @ $18 per hour

• Load and unload trailers.
• Assist with cooler inventory and shipment coordination.
• Support egg packing, quality checks, labeling, and production.
• Maintain safe, organized dock and cooler areas.
• Follow food safety and biosecurity procedures.

Manure Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift @ $18 per hour

• Operate and maintain manure belt systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manure removal.
• Load manure onto transport trucks.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and biosecurity requirements.
• Assist with on-call maintenance duties as assigned.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow food safety, sanitation, and biosecurity procedures.
• Previous poultry, production, warehouse, or maintenance experience is a plus, depending on the position.
