EH&S Assistant

Assemblix LLC – We are currently seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Assisant  7:30pm to 4:00am M-F.

 Pay Rate: $19.00-22.00

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented EH&S Assistant to support our Environmental, Health & Safety team in maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized warehouse environment. This role assists with safety training, inspections, documentation, PPE compliance, and promoting safe work practices throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with safety training, meetings, and employee onboarding.

Maintain EH&S records and documentation.

Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.

Conduct routine warehouse safety inspections and report hazards.

Support housekeeping and workplace organization initiatives.

Assist with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) training and EH&S compliance programs.

Promote a safe work environment through continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

2–3 years of related experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and equipment.

Frequent standing and walking with occasional lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
