Excelraise, LLC is seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst 1st Shift for our client. This is a Remote opportunity.  Fully remote, 1st shift (7AM–3:30PM EST).

 

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Epic technical support in a healthcare or clinical environment.
  • Proficient with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing incidents, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of in-depth experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or similar healthcare applications.
  • Epic certification in one or more modules, including EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, Service Desk, or related Epic applications, is highly desired.
  • Experience supporting Epic applications such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, HIM (Health Information Management), or other Epic clinical modules is highly desired.
  • Must be able to attend a remote webcam interview.
