Job Summary
Seeking an EHR Helpdesk Analyst with experience supporting Epic and healthcare IT systems in a clinical environment. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, managing ServiceNow tickets, handling account access requests, and providing remote support for Epic applications and related systems.
 
Required Skills

• 2+ years of Epic or EHR support experience in healthcare environments
• Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing systems
• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other EHR platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Experience with account provisioning, password resets, and remote desktop support

 
Preferred Skills

• Epic certification (EpicCare, Ambulatory, Security, or Service Desk)
• Experience supporting Epic modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, ASAP, or HIM
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare IT environments
