Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare IT Security Analyst to support and enhance our healthcare security program. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in IT security within healthcare, with expertise in risk assessments, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH, IRS Pub 1075), and incident response.
Required Skills:
7+ years in managing security incidents and risk management
Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev 4, HIPAA, HITECH, SSA, and IRS Pub 1075
Experience in updating privacy/security policies and performing risk assessments
Expertise in RBAC, identity management, data encryption, and vulnerability assessments
Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure, firewalls, and network security
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
