    EHS Compliance Technician — Nashville, TN

    Picture your day: you start with a walk-through of the facility, scanning for hazards others might miss. Midday, you’re coaching a cross-functional team on emergency response drills. In the afternoon, you’re dissecting an incident report to pinpoint root causes and prevent a repeat. Before you wrap, you update safety logs and brief leadership on improvements. That’s the rhythm of impact in this role.

    What You’ll Do

    • Run routine safety inspections and audits to surface and mitigate potential hazards across the site.
    • Design, refine, and roll out safety policies and procedures that align with local, state, and federal requirements.
    • Deliver practical training and guidance on safe work practices and emergency protocols for all employees.
    • Lead and document incident and accident investigations; develop corrective and preventive actions.
    • Keep meticulous records and reports of all safety-related activities and metrics.
    • Partner with management to champion a safety-first culture and continuous improvement mindset.
    • Track new regulations, standards, and industry best practices to keep our program current.

    What You Bring

    • Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
    • 2+ years in a safety function, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.
    • In-depth familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
    • Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Comfort working independently and collaborating within teams.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software tools.
    • Bonus: CSP or OHST certification.

    This position is based in Nashville, TN and supports our onsite operations.
