JOB TITLE: EHS Coordinator
FLSA: Hourly ($29 ~ $36)

Job Summary:
The EHS Coordinator is responsible for supporting environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and support a culture of safety within our semiconductor manufacturing operations. This is an onsite position that requires regular travel to support EHS activities across multiple locations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Program Implementation & Support
Perform regular EHS audits and inspections in the production floor, cleanroom, and support areas.
Support emergency and injury response during business hours.
Coordinate with vendors for First Aid and other EHS programs and initiatives.
Responsible for preparing pre-and post- Health & Safety Committee meetings, sending out schedule reminders, and developing EHS newsletters.
Training & Communication
Support EHS-related training and education for employees, contractors, and new hires.
Support promoting EHS awareness across the facility through campaigns, meetings, and safety committees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices.
Incident Management
Support investigations into incidents, near-misses, and safety concerns.
Maintain incident logs, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
Environmental Management
Support hazardous materials and hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal in line with RCRA and company policies.
Support sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and resource conservation.
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience in delivering training to other team members.
Strong organization skills, attention to details, and time management skills.
Effective in working with other cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience
Associates degree or Bachelots degree
2 years of EHS experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and chemical handling in a semiconductor environment is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, managing a variety of tasks simultaneously with efficiency, a large and diversified workload, and challenging situations.
May need to wear safety shoes as part of the job when required
Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, and walking significant distances
Work may require lifting up to 25 pounds
