This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most significant semiconductor construction projects in Clay, NY (Central New York) as a full -time, on -site Emergency Services Technician. Placed by Contract Safety Professionals LLC (CSP), this role puts you at the center of emergency response operations for a leading semiconductor manufacturer running a high -complexity, high -consequence facility. Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience (rate: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour).

Key Responsibilities
<\/h3>- Lead emergency response operations during medical, chemical, gas, HAZMAT, and confined space
<\/li>rescue incidents, directing personnel and coordinating mitigation efforts.
<\/div>
- Enforce compliance with site safety protocols including PPE standards, Control of Hazardous
<\/li>Energy (Lockout/Tagout), and chemical handling procedures.
<\/div>
- Conduct routine safety audits and hazard prevention inspections to identify proactively
<\/li>and eliminate risk.
<\/div>
- Apply, review, and communicate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA/JSA) across shifts and coordinate
<\/li>with cross -functional teams to resolve safety and equipment issues.
<\/div>
- Manage, inspect, and maintain emergency response equipment and tools to ensure operational
<\/li>readiness at all times.
<\/div>
- Document incidents accurately, track safety trends, and support data -driven continuous
<\/li>improvement initiatives.
<\/div>
- Support safety -related projects, cost reduction efforts, and preventive maintenance programs
<\/li>through analysis and reporting.
<\/div>
- Use Microsoft Office tools to complete documentation, reporting, and internal communications
<\/li>efficiently.

Requirements<\/h3>
Required Qualifications
<\/h3>- Active Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) license or equivalent credential with 2 or more
<\/li>years of field experience.
<\/div>
- Ability to work 12 -hour rotating shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off),
<\/li>including day and night shift rotations every 4 months and overtime as required.
<\/div>
- 2 or more years of experience with SAP, Enablon, or a comparable incident tracking system.
<\/li> - Ability to regularly lift 25 to 40 pounds, stand for up to 10 hours per shift, and walk
<\/li>1 to 5 miles per shift.
<\/div>
- Ability to obtain: SCBA, SKA, and APR respiratory protection; HAZMAT response;
<\/li>confined space and high -angle rescue certifications.
<\/div><\/ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<\/h3>- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Services or a closely related field.
<\/li> - 4 or more years of EMT or equivalent field experience.
<\/li> - 4 or more years of experience with SAP, Enablon, or similar incident management platforms.
<\/li> - Prior experience in semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, or similar high -consequence
<\/li>environments.
