EHS Engineer

**Responsibilities:**
- Champion pivotal safety, health, and environmental programs across the facilities.
- Strategize and execute impactful EHSS initiatives for enhanced operational safety and ecological compliance.
- Oversee budgetary allocations and spearhead safety enhancement projects.
- Serve as an influential member on the Global EHSS Council.
- Drive the ongoing enhancement of ISO management systems.
- Perform comprehensive risk analyses, safety audits, and incident reviews.
- Craft and deliver tailor-made training modules for team members and leaders.
- Ensure diligent adherence to both federal and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Innovate processes to minimize workplace injuries and manage compensation protocols.
- Enhance procedural efficacy by monitoring key performance indicators.
- Shape and promote a pervasive culture of proactive safety measures.

**Qualifications:**
We seek candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of adept experience in a manufacturing setting or 8 years without a degree.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant safety and environmental legislation.
- Proven expertise in implementing ISO systems.
- A strategic mindset combined with superior leadership and communication skills.
- A command of Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
