EHS Specialist needs 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
EHS Specialist requires:
Degree in Industrial or Occupational Health and Safety required.
ASP, CSP or COSHO preferred.
3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in the following fields: JHA, MOC, Ergonomics, Crane Safety, ANSI, NFPA, HAZCOM, HAZWOPER.
EHS Specialist Tech duties:
Develop and implement motivational and incentive programs that promote a high degree of safety awareness and enthusiasm.
Establish, record and track safety performance metrics, both leading and lagging indicators.
Ensure that behavior-based observation programs are effectively implemented and tracked.
Review planned changes and new equipment installations prior to receipt.
Approve or recommend changes in manufacturing and engineering matters of plant layout, location/relocation of machinery, equipment, facilities, safety designs and processes.
