The Field EHS Compliance Manager supports field and sealant operations and actively assists in reducing employee and operational exposure to environmental, health and safety risks at construction sites. This individual uses a variety of tools, techniques, and data collection methods to analyze trends and make recommendations for corrective action. This position is responsible for implementing and overseeing safety programs and procedures at construction sites to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate excels at building a safety-first culture, conducting site inspections and audits, delivering OSHA and new hire training, and managing workers' compensation cases. They should have strong skills in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and effective cross-team collaboration are essential.IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Bachelor's degree in safety management, construction management, industrial Hygiene or related program preferred.Five (5) years of experience in construction safety including environmental compliance and reporting.CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician preferredOSHA 10 and 30-hour certification in construction preferred,Knowledge of Fall Protection Systems, Rigging, Crane Operations preferred.First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified preferredPossession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm useCapable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hoursComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequentlyAbility to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazardsWillingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors year-roundAbility to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
