Our Environmental Compliance team drives Apple's commitment to environmental stewardship through comprehensive waste management and regulatory compliance programs. We transform complex environmental regulations into actionable strategies that protect our planet while supporting Apple's operational excellence across all global facilities. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Program Lead, Global Waste Compliance, to build and lead comprehensive waste compliance programs that ensure regulatory excellence across Apple's worldwide operations.
As a Program Lead, Global Waste Compliance, you will develop and implement global waste compliance strategies, build innovative compliance tools and systems, and ensure Apple maintains the highest standards of environmental regulatory compliance across all facilities. You will work closely with regional teams, facility managers, and environmental partners to create scalable solutions that drive consistent compliance practices while supporting Apple's environmental goals.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
