Lead EHS StrategyPartner with leadership to advise on safety strategy and regulatory compliance. Plan and execute comprehensive EHS audits to drive continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and deliver safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and safety regulations. Oversee safety equipment inventory and ensure proper availability for employees. Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and training databases. Act as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and incident response.This organization delivers highly reliable, advanced technology used in demanding, high-stakes environments where performance is critical. Experience with hazardous waste handling and regulatory processes is preferred.
