Ontario, CA.We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our client's manufacturing team in Cambridge, ON region.Pay - 100k-120kResponsibilities:Experience with environmental regulations, standards, and environmental program implementation in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and program implementation in a manufacturing environment.Proven success in driving safety culture change initiatives.Demonstrated experience working with regulatory agencies and leading EHS compliance and continuous improvement programs.Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills with ability to work independently and champion projects.Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and diverse work groups; flexible, innovative, and team-oriented.Strong English communication skills with the ability to inspect, document, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.Self-directed, adaptable professional with high integrity, strong time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Willingness to travel regionally as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline).Minimum 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing or production environment.At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing federal and provincial EHS regulatory compliance, reporting, training programs, and compliance tracking.Minimum 3 years of EHS experience within Ontario, with strong knowledge of provincial OHSA, WSIB, and MOL regulations preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
