EHS Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to take on all things safety and environmental compliance across two manufacturing locations, one in the Atlanta/Doraville area and one in North Carolina.

Position is Direct Hire

What You'll Do

This person will own the EHS function end to end, from policy development to boots-on-the-ground safety culture:

• Build and roll out EHS policies and programs across both sites
• Run risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Oversee waste management and environmental compliance
• Lead safety training and employee engagement initiatives
• Investigate incidents, lead root cause analysis, and put preventive measures in place
• Manage emergency response and preparedness planning
• Track EHS metrics and KPIs and report on trends
• Partner closely with Operations, HR, Legal, and Facilities to weave safety into daily operations
• Act as the liaison with regulatory agencies and outside stakeholders
• Travel between the Atlanta and South Carolina sites as needed

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of EHS experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing environments (preferred)
• Proven track record in managing regulatory compliance and safety programs
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory EHS frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable splitting time between two sites and working cross-functionally
