A leading private client is expanding its EHS leadership team on a major datacenter development exceeding 4000+ acres in Austin, Texas.

We are seeking client-facing EHS Managers capable of leading safety strategy, contractor engagement, and field execution across complex mission critical construction projects.

Requirements:
* 9+ years experience for Senior/ EHS Manager
* Previous leadership experience on datacenter, mission critical, or large industrial construction projects
* Experience working for an Electrical Contractor, General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, Consulting Firm, or Owners Representative company
* Strong background in contractor management, safety leadership, compliance oversight, incident management, audits, and multi-contractor coordination
* Ability to interface directly with clients, senior leadership teams, and project stakeholders
* Demonstrated success leading safety culture across large-scale construction environments
* Stable direct hire background preferred
