This role will ensure that IEM follows all applicable federal, state and local regulations, including but not limited to occupational safety and health, waste management, environmental regulatory compliance, workers compensation, chemical control and industrial hygiene. The EHS Manager also contributes to efforts that build a strong safety culture and ensure proactive measures to continuously improve IEM's EHS program. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter who can work independently and is comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
