A bit about us:

Our client is a globally recognized, publicly traded Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in the design and manufacture of fluid handling systems, thermal management solutions, and highly engineered plastic components for the world's leading vehicle manufacturers. With operations spanning more than 28 countries and a workforce of over 20,000 employees worldwide, this company serves virtually every major automaker across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

This company sits at the intersection of two critical manufacturing disciplines: advanced plastics processing and precision automotive systems engineering. Their product portfolio spans fluid carrying systems, refrigerant lines, coolant distribution modules, and next generation thermal management technologies purpose built for both internal combustion and electric vehicle platforms. A strong commitment to lightweighting, emissions reduction, and the electrification of mobility has positioned this organization as a forward thinking leader during one of the most significant transformations in automotive history.

Following a recent strategic acquisition that combined two complementary Tier 1 businesses, our client is scaling operations at multiple North American facilities and expanding its footprint in the electric vehicle supply chain. Manufacturing sites rely heavily on injection molding, blow molding, and multi material assembly processes, making plastics expertise foundational to everything this company produces.

Our client places genuine emphasis on employee development and long term career growth. The company offers structured training programs, cross functional project exposure, and clear pathways to advance within EHS and operations leadership. Employees are not siloed. At this company, environmental health and safety is not treated as a compliance checkbox. Senior leadership views EHS performance as a direct reflection of operational excellence. The EHS Manager in this role will have visibility across the plant, a seat at the table with site leadership, and the authority to drive meaningful cultural change. Your work will matter from day one.

Our client's global scale provides the resources, systems, and infrastructure of a large enterprise while maintaining an entrepreneurial operating culture at the plant level. The recent strategic merger has created new opportunities for high performers to take on expanded responsibilities as the combined organization continues to integrate and grow.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits

This company offers a competitive total compensation package including a performance based bonus structure, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
