EHS MANAGER – MANUFACTURING

Northeast Ohio | Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing

A well-established manufacturer supporting the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across a complex manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to maintain compliance while continuing to strengthen the company’s safety culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead EHS programs, policies, training, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
• Support foundry and advanced manufacturing operations
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Drive safety improvements and employee engagement
• Manage environmental programs, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with leadership and operations on continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
• Experience in a foundry, metal casting, aerospace, or similar industrial environment is a plus
• Ability to work hands-on with employees and leadership
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Compensation: Approximately $130K + quarterly bonus
