This is a company that invests in its operations and the people who run them.Job OverviewWe are looking for a hands‑on EHS Manager to own safety, compliance, and environmental programs at our St. Louis manufacturing facility. You will work side‑by‑side with operations, maintenance, and leadership to reduce risk, drive accountability, and build a culture where safety is not an afterthought. This is a high‑visibility role with real influence.ResponsibilitiesLead OSHA and environmental compliance across all facility operationsConduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with thorough root cause analysisManage OSHA logs, compliance documentation, and regulatory reportingOversee environmental programs including waste management, stormwater, emissions, and chemical handlingDeliver hands‑on safety training: Lockout/Tagout, PPE, machine guarding, ergonomics, and emergency responsePartner with operations to identify and control hazards related to plastics processing, robotics, compressed air, and material handlingTrack safety metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport emergency preparedness including fire safety, evacuation, spill response, and medical coordinationQualificationsBachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environmentBackground in plastics, injection molding, blow molding, or industrial manufacturing strongly preferredOSHA 30 certification preferred; CHST, ASP, or similar safety certification a plusFirst Aid / CPR / AED certified (or willing to obtain)Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusStrong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulationsSkilled in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actionProficient in Microsoft OfficeWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience + annual bonusReal influence over safety strategy and culture at the facility levelCollaborative environment with strong operational leadership supportOpportunity to make a lasting impact at a growing facility#J-18808-Ljbffr
