You’ll lead a behavioral-based safety culture, drive LEED certification efforts, and ensure excellence in OSHA compliance and environmental performance. From analyzing safety trends and leading root cause investigations to coaching teams on the floor and delivering impactful training, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our people safe and our operations ahead of the curve. This is a highly visible position where your voice matters. You’ll collaborate cross functionally, lead key initiatives, and make a direct impact on both culture and performance.
