Siemens Industry Inc. is seeking an EHS Professional for 2nd shift, at its over 1000-employed fast-paced manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX.
The EHS Professional is responsible for managing safety, health, and environmental compliance (OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc) as well as associated programs and initiatives across factory operations. This role will work closely with the leadership team and is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and coordination of EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance and drive sustainable EHS culture improvement. This position has a direct impact on Business Unit performance and must possess an in-depth knowledge of safety and environmental regulations as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The candidate must possess the ability/ skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
The EHS Professional will serve as a resource to the employees at the location, provide tools and support to site leadership in order to achieve Siemens' EHS goals and objectives. The role is especially important because it supports a large manufacturing facility (>1,000 employees) operating on 2nd shift, where leadership visibility and EHS support are critical. This role will also be responsible for maintaining and improving EHS policies and programs.

The pay range for this position is $81,753 - $140,148 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
