GE Aerospace is seeking a senior site leader to oversee Facilities/Infrastructure, Maintenance, Utilities, Security, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) at the Strother site. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong track record of driving safety culture transformation in a complex manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated environment.
This leader will play a critical role in shaping a proactive, accountable, and engaged safety culture across the site - going beyond compliance to embed safety into daily operations, leadership behaviors, and decision-making. In addition, the role is responsible for the reliability, capacity, compliance, and long-term performance of the site's facilities and infrastructure.
As a key member of the site leadership team, this individual will lead site EHS, maintenance, facilities, utilities, and security strategies; oversee major capital and infrastructure investments; and partner across operations and engineering to support safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
