In this role, you will assist with audits, inspections, and the timely submission of regulatory reports, while also responding to and supporting site emergencies as needed. You will conduct incident investigations, including root cause analysis and the development of corrective actions, and deliver both classroom and online EHS training to strengthen safety and compliance. Additional responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, work procedures, and regulatory requirements; reporting EHS issues and improvement opportunities to the EHS Manager; and supporting communication with environmental and safety regulatory agencies.



The ideal candidate holds a bachelor"s degree in a science-related field (or equivalent experience) and brings 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience within a chemical manufacturing environment. They should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint within a Windows environment and possess a solid understanding of OSHA programs-including fall protection, machine guarding, hazardous materials, PPE, electrical safety, fire protection, hearing conservation, respiratory protection, and toxic and hazardous substances-as well as EPA programs such as SPCC, SWPPP, and RCRA. A valid U.S. driver"s license is required, and the role operates on an 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. schedule.
