The hourly rate for this position is $25.57 per hour.

Eaton is seeking a EHS Technician for its La Grange, NC facility.

Position Overview
The EHS Technician supports environmental, health, safety and security at the La Grange site. Responsibilities include supporting EHS activities at the site, performing risk assessments, compliance inspections, design and/or implementation of EHS solutions; assist with internal reporting of EHS performance, communication of Federal, state and local regulatory requirements; closure of EHS and regulatory findings in a timely manner; and creating a strong Zero incident culture that engages employees throughout the site.
In this role you will
o Support EHS manager with developing and conducting EHS training
o Daily pre-use inspections (Guarding, PITs etc)
o Monthly Inspections (eye wash, waste, ladders etc.)
o Quarterly Inspections (Guarding, LOTO, etc.)
o Annual Inspections (Harnesses, self-retracting lanyards, etc.)
o Annual program requirements (ESWP, LOTO, Guarding)
