Job title: EHS & Training Specialist
Pay: BOE
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
 
We are seeking an EHS & Training Specialist to lead environmental, health, and safety compliance and oversee employee training programs within a manufacturing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all EHS programs, audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance efforts.
  • Develop, deliver, and track employee training, certifications, and skills development programs.
  • Maintain safety documentation, SOPs, and controlled systems to ensure audit readiness.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Quality to drive safety culture and continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing; food industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence teams; safety certifications preferred.
