The Analyst – EIT Program/Sys 1 provides technical support for Energy/Utilities Field Operations applications, including Geographical Information System (GIS), Work Management Information System (WMIS), and Mobile Data System (MDS). This role involves application development, configuration management, system administration, hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and security. The analyst is responsible for solution design, integration, enhancements, and documentation of operational procedures while providing end‑user support in a 24/7 environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Utility Field Operations Applications (GIS, WMIS, MDS) to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable electric and gas servicesInstall, configure, and test applications in Windows, Linux, and Citrix environmentsDevelop enterprise applications for cross‑business unit usePromote code and configuration from lower environments to productionProvide end‑user support for Electric and Gas business areasAnalyze and troubleshoot application/system issues and provide resolutionsCollaborate with Infrastructure teams for server builds, OS patching, hardware tuning, and monitoringWork with Database Administrators on backups, patches, schema changes, and refreshesIntegrate applications with other enterprise systems (e.g., OMS, SAP)Gather business requirements and complete assigned tasksParticipate in on‑call rotation to support 24/7 operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–2 years of experience in Energy/Utilities field operations application supportStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work in a team environment and across multiple locations (field, construction centers, main office)Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsExperience developing mobile and/or web applicationsFamiliarity with ESRI ArcGIS and Schneider Electric ArcFM products (ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcFM Designer, ArcFM Mobile, ArcFM Web)Experience with CGI ARM Work Management SystemExperience with ABB Service Suite for field mobility operationsIntegration experience with SAP/ERPKnowledge of Citrix, Windows, UNIX Shell scripting, Python, Oracle PL/SQL, ArcGIS SDE, ESRI Geometric and Utility NetworkCertificationsNo specific certifications required; technical or GIS‑related certifications are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
