Support the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) by completing assigned work deliverables while maintaining quality standards and meeting established timelines.
Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables within defined timelines.
Assist with tracking proposal and project activities, including information gathering and preparation of project documentation.
Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools and systems.
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and potential solutions.
Support project monitoring by identifying risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies.

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT).
Experience with State or Federal Medicare/Medicaid projects is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear, concise, and accurate.
Experience working with senior leadership, including Directors and Vice Presidents.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Project Management Experience:
5 10+ years managing complex projects with:
Multiple workstreams (up to 20)
High-visibility or demanding stakeholders
3 5+ years managing:
Software implementation projects
Healthcare-related projects
Vendor-managed projects
Project budgets (labor and non-labor)
Experience supporting or delivering AI-enabled or digital products such as:
Virtual assistants
Chatbots
Automation solutions
Understanding of:
AI concepts and data dependencies
Model lifecycle considerations
Cross-functional collaboration in AI/digital product environments
