Description
The EKG Technician conducts non-invasive electrodiagnostic examinations on inpatients and outpatients using electrocardiographic equipment.

Required Skills
- Arrhythmia detection knowledge, basic EKG interpretation class completion
- Successfully passing safety, cultural sensitivity and blood pathogen classes.
- BLS certified.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six (6) months experience as an electrocardiographic technician, EMT or monitor technician
