Position Title El Dorado Head Start Student Worker Job Duties

Supports teaching staff throughout the day.

Utilizes appropriate language, interactions, and positive discipline.

Helps prepare classroom materials for scheduled activities.

Assist with clean up following meals.

Helps supervise playground activities.

Models and reinforces appropriate behavior.

Assist with general upkeep of classroom, kitchen, and playground areas.

Qualifications

Required knowledge and skills

Basic knowledge of Early Childhood Education

Preference will be given to a student seeking an Early Childhood or Elementary Education Degree

Must complete KDHE Orientation with the Center Manager.

Required experience Required educational background

Federal Work Study eligible.
