5–7 years of experience in Search Technologies (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch).
Strong hands-on coding skills in Python.
Proficiency in AWS OpenSearch Service and Kubernetes.
Experience with telecom-specific protocols (SNMP/SSH) is a major plus.
Proven ability to manage "massive" data clusters cost-effectively.
Pipeline Engineering: Design and maintain ingestion pipelines using OTel, Fluent Bit, or Logstash to process massive telecom datasets.
Network Analytics: Use Piped Processing Language (PPL) to identify issues like jitter, packet loss, and dropped calls.
Cluster Optimization: Manage AWS OpenSearch performance, including shard management and storage tiering with Amazon S3.
