Hourly Rate: $18.00
PRIMARY FUNCTION:The ELC daycare center floater is a versatile, nurturing professional who supports various classrooms by covering staff breaks, covering absences, and maintaining required child-to-staff ratios. They ensure consistent care across ages (preschool-school aged) by assisting with activities, meals, and supervision, requiring high adaptability and strong communicationskill.

QUALIFICATIONS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Required to lift frequently up to 30 lbs., occasionally with assistance 50+lbs.
Ability and/or willingness to learn how to operatevarious types of machinery to perform cleaning tasks as required.
Must be able to constantly position tofrequently bend, stoop, reach and kneel to perform essential functions.
Extended time on feet is required to perform essential responsibilities.
Ability to climb up and down stairs and use ladders.
Works with or in areas where hazardous materials/cleaning agents may be present.
Required to wear asdirected, appropriate face mask while performing job responsibilities and while present in public spaces on site.
Required to work in a tobacco-free environment.
