About the Role:
Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Elderly Care Aide/CNA to join our growing team in Wilton, CT. Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, health changes, and patient progress
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Administer medications as directed and within scope of CNA certification
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team regarding client needs

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Connecticut
• Prior experience in elderly care, home health, or a related caregiving setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of senior care best practices and patient safety protocols
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Warm, empathetic, and patient demeanor with a genuine passion for elder care
