Job Title: eLearning Developer - 100% Remote
Client Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the eLearning Developer builds interactive, asynchronous online training courses using Articulate Storyline 360. This role focuses on the technical development of course content, translating approved scripts, storyboards, and design specifications into fully functional, accessible eLearning modules ready for LMS deployment.
Job Duties:
- Builds complete eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline 360, including slides, interactions, branching scenarios, knowledge checks, and assessments.
- Translates finalized scripts and storyboards into polished course files, applying established visual design templates and style standards.
- Develops custom interactions, triggers, variables, and slide layers to support instructional goals.
- Ensures all course content meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, including alt text, tab order, color contrast, and closed captioning coordination.
- Imports and formats voiceover audio, on-screen text, graphics, and video assets within Storyline.
- Publishes course packages (SCORM/xAPI) for LMS upload and conducts QA testing prior to deployment.
- Manages version control of source files and maintains organized project documentation.
- Coordinates with subject matter experts, project leads, and reviewers to incorporate feedback through iterative review cycles.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building courses in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Demonstrated portfolio of published eLearning courses showing interactive development work.
- Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS publishing requirements.
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements as applied to eLearning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with graphic assets (basic image editing, SVG, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects against firm deadlines.
- Clear written communication skills for coordinating reviews and documenting build decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).
