Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning solutions. This role focuses on transforming training requirements into interactive, high-quality eLearning content that supports employee development and organizational compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses and training programs.
- Create interactive learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Develop microlearning modules, instructional videos, and multimedia assets.
- Design training materials including graphics, manuals, job aids, and other learning resources.
- Upload, manage, and maintain content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design-related issues.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
- Stay up to date with instructional design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Audacity, Photoshop, and Articulate Studio.
- Experience creating video-based and microlearning content.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
