Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or related field.

- Camtasia
- Experience developing interactive online learning solutions.
- Experience creating microlearning content and training videos.
- Experience testing and deploying eLearning modules.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft ELM or Learning Management Systems.

Job Summary:
Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions in support of Client's learning and development strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance through the creation and delivery of system-wide mandated training modules.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide e-learning focused instructional design throughout the conception, design, development, implementation, and quality assurance phases of online learning solutions.
- Develop and implement interactive learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Audacity.
- Participate in the development of instructional support tools and resources to support emerging learning technologies and initiatives.
- Develop and design microlearning content and instructional videos.
- Create visually engaging training materials including flyers, manuals, cover pages, graphics, brochures, and training catalogs.
- Format, test, and upload modules to the PeopleSoft ELM test environment.
- Test modules using supported browsers including Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Identify and correct design issues discovered during testing.
- Support implementation and quality assurance of system-wide online learning programs.
