Healthcare Multimedia Developer / eLearning Developer

Hours: 35 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $66–$83/Hour
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Multimedia Developer / eLearning Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging online learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, LMS administration, and eLearning authoring tools.
Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and assessments.
Create multimedia content, educational videos, and microlearning solutions.
Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshoot learning modules.
Upload and maintain courses within LMS platforms.
Develop training materials including manuals, brochures, flyers, and graphics.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on learning initiatives.
Research and recommend emerging learning technologies and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 2 years of eLearning development experience.
Experience with instructional design and LMS deployment.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Audacity, and Camtasia.
Experience with PeopleSoft ELM and LMS administration.
Strong multimedia development and content creation skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
