Successfully retain and apply all aspects of the Operator Training Program from Operator Trainee I through full qualification as an Electric System Operator responsible for CWLP's portion of the Bulk Electric System.
Meet all certification and operational requirements, including passing the Basic Fundamentals of System Switching exam within 3 months and the NERC System Operator exam within 6 months, while supporting rotating shift work and cross-training for Trouble Clerk and Service Clerk duties and advancement to Operator Trainee II.
Perform reliably under high-pressure and stressful operating conditions, demonstrate strong focus, self-discipline, and the ability to study and apply complex technical material.
Participate in structured on-the-job training with provided study materials while maintaining the ability to recall and execute previously learned operational functions.
