As the Electrical Department Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Electrical department. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with project coordination. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our team.

• Provide administrative support to the Electrical department, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Manage and maintain schedules, work orders, and job assignments for electricians and field staff.

• Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and department expenses.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate communication between project managers, electricians, and customers.

• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in company systems.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to electrical services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role preferred.
