Electrical and Automation Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels
  
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMIs, and SCADA systems
  
• Lead and support electrical and automation projects including upgrades, new line installations, and equipment integration
  
• Develop and implement control logic to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality
  
• Conduct risk assessments, LOTO audits, and safety validations to ensure OSHA and food safety compliance
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and instrumentation
  
• PLC programming and troubleshooting proficiency (ladder logic, function block, or equivalent)
  
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen)
  
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
