What You'll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen -Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMIs, and SCADA systems<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Lead and support electrical and automation projects including upgrades, new line installations, and equipment integration<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Develop and implement control logic to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Conduct risk assessments, LOTO audits, and safety validations to ensure OSHA and food safety compliance<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Hands -on experience with industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and instrumentation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - PLC programming and troubleshooting proficiency (ladder logic, function block, or equivalent)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation<\/span><\/span>
